For Rose, being called “Ate ng Distrito Singko” is not a mere campaign slogan. It is a profound lifetime commitment that transcends biological ties. To truly connect with the community, she consciously stripped away intimidating corporate labels like “CEO” or “Ma’am.” By flattening traditional political hierarchies, she chose to meet her constituents exactly where they are—not as a distant official, but as a caring neighbor.
Stripped of political fanfare, her mission is remarkably simple. She wants to be a genuinely Responsive, Nurturing, and Loyal (RNL) older sister to the people of Novaliches—a steady, dependable anchor who always watches over her family.

Year-round, even during non-election seasons, the Rose Lin Foundation remains fully operational, consistently deploying community medical missions, expanding sustainable livelihood programs, distributing emergency cash aid, and leading immediate disaster-relief efforts.
Moving forward, Rose Nono Lin will deepen her community-based advocacy across Novaliches, with plans to scale her humanitarian initiatives nationwide. Demonstrating this commitment, she expanded her foundation’s outreach to regions outside District 5 in 2026, delivering essential services to communities in Calabarzon (Region 4A), Western Visayas (Region 6), Eastern Visayas (Region 8), National Capital Region (NCR), Occidental Mindoro (Region 4B), Bulacan (Region 3), and Camarines Norte (Region 5).
EDUCATION AND EARLY CAREER
A proud alumna of the University of San Agustin in Iloilo City, Rose successfully earned her degree in Management Accounting in 2004. Her professional foundation was built on hard work and ground-level experience, starting her career at F&C Jewelry and later serving at the Great Eastern Hotel from 2007 to 2008.
Through sheer perseverance and an innate business acumen, she transitioned from an employee into a dynamic corporate leader. Today, she oversees a robust portfolio of domestic and global enterprises spanning real estate, business process outsourcing (BPO), investments, and manpower services.
Now firmly rooted in Novaliches, Quezon City, Rose seamlessly balances her demanding corporate responsibilities with her most cherished role, being a deeply dedicated, hands-on, and doting mother to her six children.

That dedication caught the attention of his late coach Rudy Perez at the University of San Agustin in Iloilo City, whose crucial support and sponsorship ultimately made her Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Major in Management Accounting) degree a reality.
Because she remembers exactly what it feels like to rely on the grace of others to achieve a dream, her philanthropy is not a calculated political strategy—it is a lifelong debt of gratitude paid forward to the families of Novaliches.
